Manulife Cambodia wins four Customer Relationship Excellence awards

 

Hong Kong – Manulife Cambodia won four prestigious honours at the 2018 International Customer Relationship Excellence (CRE) Awards ceremony organized by the Asia Pacific Customer Service Consortium on June 15.

 

 

The annual CRE Awards recognize industry leaders and professionals across the Asia Pacific region for customer-centric service innovation. Manulife Cambodia’s four awards were:

1. Best Corporate Brand of the Year: Reflecting a great milestone for our efforts to build the Manulife brand and raise public awareness about life insurance in Cambodia over the last six years

2. Customer Engagement Programme of the Year: Representing the efforts of the company’s staff and sales force to provide much-needed financial protection products and services to customers. Manulife Cambodia also won this award last year

3. Corporate Social Responsibility Leadership of the Year: Representing our commitment to support local communities through sponsorship and CSR programmes. Manulife Cambodia also won this award last year.

4. CEO of the Year in the Insurance Category: A special award from the Asia Pacific Customer Service Consortium (APCSC) recognizing Manulife Cambodia CEO and General Manager Robert Elliott.
