New Ways to Pay Premium

Manulife thrives on providing our customers the best experience, from the first meeting with our insurance advisor to receiving life insurance protection. With this, we are excited to announce 3 new ways for Manulife Cambodia customers to make premium payment more convenient, fast, and secured as below: 

• QR Code on Policy Proposal: For New Customers

New customers can make premium payment by simply scanning QR code on the policy proposal provided by insurance advisor and make payment via ABA KHQR or Debit/Credit Card. 

• Link in Premium Payment Reminder SMS: For Existing Customers

Existing customers can make premium payment by clicking the link in premium reminder SMS that is sent to customers 21 days prior to premium due date (the link is valid for 51 days) and make payment via ABA KHQR or Debit/Credit Card.

• Official Website of Manulife Cambodia: For All Customers

All Manulife Cambodia customers can make premium payment through the official website of Manulife Cambodia by going into ‘make payment’ page, input their policy number or proposal number and date of birth in the required fields, and make payment via ABA KHQR or Debit/Credit card.
