Maedy Restaurant was established to champion the authentic flavor of Khmer (Cambodia) food. Its unique recipes, derived from fresh ingredients and cooking methods, have been passed down through generations of a family that once cooked for the royal family in the 1960s.

The restaurant primarily supports family-produced goods, both agricultural and handicrafts. The emphasis is on high-quality products and enduring relationships, particularly with farmer in Siem Reap, to improve their livelihoods. Food is cultural identifier for every nation. The authentic cuisine of Kingdom of Cambodia has gone largely unrecognized in the past. Maedy’s restaurant is dedicated to preserving and revitalizing this rich culinary tradition for the world to appreciate.
