2. The invalidity of the Program – Incentive Gifts 

• Purchase any policy before September 1st, 2020 and has decided to surrender or repurchase the life insurance within the duration of the program
• Hold split cases or resubmitted cases
• Purchase “Manulife Savings Protector” from Manulife Cambodia

3. Lucky Draw Ticket on October 2^nd, 2020

Customer that is entitled to lucky draw will receive the number of tickets based on the First Year Premium (FYP) as listed above to win the following prizes: 

• 8 units of iPhone Pro max 256 GB
• 8 units of Giant Bikes. 
• vouchers to stay at a luxury resort at Koh Rong for 2 people and 2 nights:
  • Winners will be responsible for traveling and F&B expenses during the trip. Only accommodation costs will be covered by Manulife.
  • Winners cannot be changed or replaced by others.
  • The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

4. Incentive gifts 

• The Incentive gift will be provided to Insurance Advisor to deliver to customers from September 25^th to November 20^th, 2020. 
• Any Gift given cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. 
• The gift will be offered based on stock availability.

5. The incentive gifts will be offered to customers after Manulife issued contracts. If customer decides to surrender policy within the free look period (21 days), customer shall return the gift to Manulife.

6. Manulife Cambodia shall retain its right to change, cancel, modify any rule in the interest of fairness and/or to meet new or unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
