  • We encourage our customers to submit all necessary claim documents to us soonest possible to help speed up the claim process. 

How to make the insurance claim

Notify us of the event of your claim:

  1. Call: 1800 211 211 (Toll-Free Number). Our claims hot-line staff are ready to serve you, in case there are any inquiries on “How to submit claim”.
  2. Email: claims_service_kh@manulife.com
  3. Walk-in to the nearest Manulife Office

Verify the documents needed to apply for your claim and download the relevant form

Important notes 
  • Please answer all the questions in the Forms and attach all required documents.
  • Certification of documents can be done by sighting the original documents by the authorized personal (Insurance advisor or Manulife Agency Manager)
  • Depending on the nature of claim, we may ask you for additional information if needed.
